This property is conveniently located while still giving residents privacy and security. I loved the marina access and private dock for kayaks/paddleboarding - and the property provides everything you need for that experience as well. Walking to the nearby marina restaurant is beautiful and the food was excellent. Evan was a wonderful host who was extremely responsive and accommodating, with an excellent home guide system that answered all my questions. Favorite feature: the arcade system on the upper level lounge! So much fun! We will be back the next time we visit the Reno/tahoe area!

Beautiful house with a peaceful environment and the host went beyond expectations and offered extra air mattress just in case we needed it without asking! Thank you for letting us stay at this beautiful home. The house was clean and ready for us we will visit again

A beautiful house, I had a wonderful time with my family and we all loved the place and how comfortable it was. The co-host lily communicated very well with me and was always attentive to our needs, over all it was a very nice experience.

Evan and Lily were super responsive every time I sent a message. We had trouble with the door lock when we first got there and they got us right in, in less than a minute. We had no trouble after that. The neighborhood felt safe. The house had lots of nice extras, including wireless and usb charging ports on every nightstand, lots of outlets and power strips, extra things in the fridge/cupboards, and bathrooms, in case you forgot anything, nice shampoo/conditioner and towels, good bedding/pillows, firewood and Smores fixins, coffee station, etc! This house fit our needs well.

This home was wonderful! It was very well stocked with everything we needed, and the beds were super comfortable. The hosts were extremely responsive and communicative, which made the stay smooth and stress-free. I definitely recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again.
